in Philippians 4:6-7 Don't worry about anything ; pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this you will experience God's peace. which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and rest as you trust in Christ Jesus....
We all have worries on the job,in our homes, and outside our homes. Paul's advice is to turn our worries into prayers. Imagine never having to worry about anything ! Do you want to worry less? Then pray more. Whenever you start to worry, stop and pray.
We can't really know the depth of our character until we see how we react under pressure. It is easy to be kind when everything is well, but can we still be kind when others are treating us unfairly? We should see them as opportunities for growth. Thank God for promising to be with us in rough times. God's peace is different from the world's peace(see John 14:27) it is not found in positive thinking, in absence of conflict, or in good feelings. Real peace comes from knowing that that because God is in control, our citizenship in Christ's Kingdom is sure.
